On this Ventura home we lifted the one leaking facet, stacked the original tile, installed new tile underlayment, culled the cracked pieces, and reset the same tile. The rest of the roof was never touched.

A tile roof leak is almost always the underlayment. Lifting the leaking facet and re-papering it costs a fraction of a re-roof and keeps the tile you already own.
